AffiliatesHub
For gaming operators and platform providers

Send us what you already send.

If you report registrations and player activity to an affiliate platform today — Smartico TAP, Income Access, Affilka, MyAffiliates or your own — send us the same files, in your existing format. We map your column names to ours from a screen. No code change on your side.

Two ways to connect

01

File feed

You write CSV to an S3-compatible bucket; we poll it every minute. Running in production today: 39,072 activity rows read, parsed and stored in under nine seconds.

AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, MinIO, Wasabi. You get your own bucket and a key that works on that bucket and nothing else.

02

Direct API — not yet

Our operator API covers partners, deals, commissions, payouts and reporting. It does not yet accept player registrations and activity.

If you need a push endpoint instead of files, say so and we build it against a real integration. We would rather tell you now than after signing.

What the files carry

Your column names, not ours. The mapping is configuration.

Registrations

One row per player who signed up.

  • player_ref — your permanent id for the player
  • external_affiliate_id — who referred them
  • promo_code — the code used at sign-up
  • registered_at — when
  • country, currency, btag — optional

At least one of affiliate id or promo code must be present, otherwise we cannot tell whose player it is.

Activity

One row per player per day.

  • player_ref, activity_date
  • ggr — gross gaming revenue
  • bonus, taxes, chargeback
  • deposit_amount, withdrawal_amount
  • turnover_* and bet_count_* per vertical

Turnover is amount staked, not revenue. We keep the two apart on purpose.

Three things we agree before the first file

The hourly file replaces, it does not add

We assume each activity file holds the day from 00:00 to the moment it was written, and we treat it as a replacement. If yours work differently, tell us first — adding instead of replacing multiplies a day’s revenue by the number of files, and the result looks entirely plausible until someone is paid on it.

Does tax belong in the commission base?

On a real day from a live operator the two readings differed by 6.4×. Tax is charged only on winning rows, while losing rows reduce gross revenue without contributing any tax, so at day level it consumed three quarters of the total. We default to excluding it and reconcile against one closed month before anyone is paid. You tell us which it should be; we set it per brand.

Your affiliates already have players

A daily registration file only carries that day. Players who registered before go-live have no attribution on our side, so their activity earns nobody anything. We ask for a one-time export of all players with their affiliate id. Without it the numbers look plausible and are wrong — this is the thing most often noticed late.

Going live

1

Kick-off, 30 minutes

You say which affiliate platform you run today and send one sample of each file. We map the columns from the sample.

2

Bucket and key

We create a bucket for you alone and send the key separately from the address. It works on that bucket and reaches nothing else of ours.

3

First file

You write one of each. Within the minute we tell you what we parsed and what we could not.

4

Reconciliation

You send one closed month. We compare line by line against your own figures before anything is paid. This is the step worth not skipping.

Steps 1 to 3 are usually the same afternoon. Step 4 takes a week, and it should.

What we do with it

Attribution

Every player tied to the affiliate who brought them, by affiliate id or promo code.

Your commercial terms

Revenue share, CPA, hybrid, tiered. Base of NGR, GGR or net deposits. Negative months carried forward or reset, your choice.

Frozen months

A closed month never moves again. Paid figures stay what they were when they were paid.

Postbacks

Affiliates running their own tracker get the conversion on their side. We speak the Smartico TAP macro vocabulary, so a postback copied from there works unchanged.

No customer data

We take a player reference, not a name, an email or an address. Nothing about an end customer leaves your system.

Money stays yours

You pay your affiliates directly. We keep the record of who is owed what and when it became payable. We are not a payment intermediary.

Send us a sample file

One registration file and one activity file with your first email, and we come back with the column mapping already done.
