What we collect about shop visitors

When an affiliate link is clicked we record an identifier for the visit, the page it came from, and hashed values of the IP address and the browser. The raw IP address is not stored.

The buyer is marked with an irreversible hash. Name, email, phone and address stay in the shop and never enter the platform.

Cookies

The tracking cookie is set only after marketing consent has been given in the shop concerned. Without consent, attribution runs on the promo code, which is not a tracking technology.

What we collect about partners

The application details, contact and payment details, and sign-in records. Identity documents are not uploaded to the platform — they are collected separately at the first payout.

What we share

With the partner: sales, amounts and commissions. Not who bought. The fields that go out to a partner’s external system are listed explicitly, per partner.

Roles

For buyer data the brand is the controller and the platform is the processor. For partner data the platform is the controller.

Rights

Access, rectification, erasure and objection. Write to us and we answer within the statutory period. Deleting a partner account does not erase the accounting records we are required to keep.
